An important part of healthy parenting is taking time to connect with other adults in a way that is more than just as parents and carers. Our regular social groups aim to both inform and engage you, to reduce social isolation, increase connection to useful services and supportive peers, and ultimately improve mental health. Come along to share something meaningful and fun with others.

Movement & Mindfulness 

Join in with our fortnightly Movement & Mindfulness sessions to take on some very gentle exercise and learn a variety of mindfulness techniques. All welcome!

Sing for Health

Join us for our peer led singing group designed for community engagement and enjoyment. Help your mental health and wellbeing by coming along!

Parent Social Group

Come along and chat to other parents and carers in a safe, fun atmosphere. You can join in the craft activities and a shared meals as well.
